In his twenties, Bryce Gilmore became one of the founding fathers of the local food movement in Austin with his farm to table trailer, Odd Duck. He has received much personal recognition and national acclaim for both of his brick-and-mortar restaurants, Barley Swine and Odd Duck, including accolades from Food & Wine Magazine, GQ, Details Magazine and multiple nominations from the James Beard Foundation for “Rising Star Chef” (2013), and “Best Chef Southwest” (2013, 2014, 2015).
