Chris Ten Eyck helped open the very first location of Jack Allen’s Kitchen in Oak Hill with chef/owner Jack Gilmore in 2009. Over the years, he’s worked with countless local farmers, all the while growing his culinary skills by taking seasonal ingredients and creating the delicious and approachable dishes JAK fans have grown to love (and obsess over). To Ten Eyck, farmers are the true rockstars and he is happy to share the culinary limelight with them any day.
