Mark Buley’s international education and culinary training has led to his honed skill of cooking. His creative and playful dishes at Odd Duck are what helped the restaurant become so beloved in Austin. He also leads the bread program at Odd Duck, which has received much acclaim. His most notable accolade was being named a James Beard Foundation Semifinalist for “Rising Star Chef” (2015)..
