For the fourth year in a row, Bryce Gilmore, of Barley Swine and Odd Duck, is a semi-finalist for the James Beard Restaurant and Chef Awards

Often regarded as the “oscars of the food world,” these prestigious awards honor the best the United States has to offer in terms of culinary excellence. Listed as a Semifinalist for the 2016 Best Chef: Southwest Award, Gilmore has garnered a reputation both locally and nationally for his trademark creativity, unwavering quality and commitment to local farms. We could not think of a most deserving candidate and wish him all the best!

Finalists will be announced on Tuesday,  March 15!
